Setting up trucks for shipping and ensuring timely dispatch.
Obtaining quotes and effectively communicating with customers via computer or phone.
Assisting with production tasks on the floor, contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Acting as a backup for shipping operations, ensuring continuity and efficiency.
Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and resolve any issues that arise.
What's Needed?
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to work collaboratively with team members across various roles.
Previous experience with shipping or logistics.
