Experience in facilities operations performing general, preventative, and emergency maintenance of facilities and electrical equipment.Hours: 7:00 am-3:30 pmResponsibilities:This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities. Employees may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.Complete work orders as prioritized by the Maintenance Supervisor.Maintain and repair production and support equipment to as good as or better than OEM standards, while following all applicable safety standards and regulations.Must have electro-mechanical skills (three-phase motors, programmable controls, circuits, computer interfaces, PLCs, and VFDs)Create detailed schematics, BOMs, trouble shoot electrical systems, electronic file management and panel layouts.Design, build, modify, integrate systems with PLC’s, HMI’s, Robots, Vision systems, and others to meet customer specifications.Install, train, provide technical knowledge, and logical troubleshooting skills for equipment systems.Maintain equipment network communications & integration of IoTAssist in equipment moves and installationsAssist in maintaining the cleanliness and safeness of the facilitiesKeep current on all new equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance procedures.Complete all required paperwork dailyPerform preventive maintenance as required by the Computer Maintenance Management systemEmergency repairs can result in working outside of normal scheduled hoursAssist in facility maintenance and upkeep as needed.
