Description We are in search of a Senior Accountant to oversee our day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring the delivery of precise financial data to internal and external stakeholders. God Bless.Responsibilities: Oversee a small team responsible for recording company financial transactions Develop and implement robust processes and internal controls for the accounting function, including accounts payable and receivable Execute monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings Deliver and discuss monthly financial statements with internal stakeholders Supply necessary financial information to external tax professionals Formulate annual budget projections Conduct annual financial audits Uphold the confidentiality of financial data and perform necessary database backups Ensure the accounting team's adherence to financial policies and regulations Respond to management requests as needed.Requirements Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Senior Accountant role or similar Proficiency in Account Reconciliation Skilled in Balance Sheet Reconciliation Experience with Bank Reconciliations Strong understanding and experience with General Ledger Capability to manage Journal Entries Proficient in Microsoft Excel Experience with Month End Close Knowledge and experience in using NetSuite Familiar with Oracle Experience with SAP Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise Experience with Quickbooks Online Familiarity with Quickbooks Premier Experience in using QuickBooks Pro Quickbooks ProAdvisor certification is a plus Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
