Concrete Laborers Needed ASAP – Commercial Flatwork
Location: West Salem, WI
Pay: $26–$28/hour (based on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (overtime as needed)

Work Radius: We have projects within 60 miles of La Crosse, WI — must be willing to travel to other jobsites for continued long term employment
Job Description:
Superior Skilled Trades is seeking reliable and hardworking Concrete Laborers for commercial flatwork projects in West Salem, WI and surrounding areas. These are temp-to-hire positions with consistent work and long-term potential. You’ll assist with all phases of concrete work including form setting, rebar tying, pouring, raking, stripping forms, etc. Prior concrete finishing experience is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Set and strip forms for flatwork
Tie rebar and install reinforcement per job specs
Assist with concrete pours: raking, screeding, spreading, and basic hand finishing
Load and carry materials such as formwork, rebar, and tools
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite
Work as part of a team under supervision of finishers and foremen
Requirements:
1-2+ year of experience in concrete flatwork experience needed
Reliable transportation and basic concrete hand tools
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Willing to travel to jobsites within 60 miles of La Crosse, WI
Job Requires proper use of PPE: hard hat, steel-toe boots, gloves, and safety glasses
