We are currently hiring a Co-Manager and Stylist at our Winona location with a cosmetology license.
Managers will be paid per pay period the greater of $16 per hour or commission. The majority of our managers are averaging between $18 and $21 per hour from commission pay. Additional income includes exceptional tips and a monthly salon retail product commission.
Stylists will be paid per pay period the greater of $14 per hour or commission. The majority of our stylists make between $13 and $17 an hour from commission pay. Additional income includes exceptional tips, quarterly bonus, and monthly retail product commission.
How are we different than other salons?
We are BUSY salons seeing hundreds upon hundreds of clients per week allowing stylists to make excellent money. Some stylists earn up to $50,000 per year with tips and quarterly bonuses. We work hard to keep our shops a FUN, professional place to work! No stuffy uniforms or robotic reciting here. Bring your PERSONALITY!
