Creative Solutons Hair Studio LLP., is a well established booth rental salon located in south La Crosse since 2002. We feature private studios with comfortable waiting rooms, restrooms, and complementary hot and cold water, coffee and tea options for your guests. We have a space coming available July 7th 2025. The space is 8 1/2 feet wide by 16 feet deep. This space includes an all purpose chair, a stand to the side shampoo bowl in the room, and a traditional style hood dryer with chair, and shelving unit. You would also have a space in a shared dispensary/ laundry room.The rent includes all utilities, towels, the paper products for bathroom and guests drinking cups , napkins, parking for guests, laundry soap and bleach for laundry, and garbage and snow removal. There is street parking for stylists. The person who is leaving is retiring and there is the potential to gain some clients. The rent is $675.00 and a lease, proof of liability insurance, proof of license and obtaining an establishment license is required,
