Full Time IT Business Integration/Support Analyst - La Crosse, WI: Kwik Trip, Inc.’s Information Technology Department is seeking a full-time IT Business Integration/Support Analyst, to primarily serve as the IT Subject Matter Expert for our IoT (Internet of Things) initiative. This person will be involved with:
  • Coordinate, plan and connecting IoT devices to Kwik Trip network
  • Establish, review and deciphering data touch points from devices
  • Support & troubleshooting
  • Serve as a knowledge expert/super user
  • Provisioning software administration & configuration
  • Implementation, documentation, and training
  • Coordinating test plans & scripting
  • Recommending vendor relationship efficiencies
  • Reporting & analytics
  • Research & innovation planning, and other responsibilities related to IoT
  • Collaborate with multiple departments within Kwik Trip

Qualifications: Associate degree or equivalent from a two year college, as well as two or more years’ experience as a business or IT software specialist. Candidates should possess the following:
  • Knowledge of standardized workflow and process requirement gathering.
  • Knowledge or experience working with IoT enabled devices.
  • Knowledge in the area of network connectivity and security.
  • Knowledge of Agile project management methods.
  • Experience with monitoring system logs and providing details and analysis.
Successful candidates should demonstrate:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software for word processing, spreadsheets, visualizations, project planning, etc.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to educate individuals on new systems as well as changing software features and functionalities.
  • Ability to develop approaches to solving problems in new business situations and technical environments.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with department directors, managers, co-workers, and external vendors.
  • Ability to ask appropriate questions, interpret co-worker requests, and develop detailed design specifications.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/responsibilities.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours, or as needed to perform duties.
