Tractor Central is Western Wisconsin's leader in John Deere agricultural and turf equipment. We are currently accepting applicants for a Sales person to add to the team at our Westby location.
Job Requirements:
1-2 years equipment sales experience or Ag related field preferred
Knowledge of agricultural equipment and farming or operational practices preferred
Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
Ability to clearly explain financing options to customers is vital
Excellent customer relationship skills
Must have a valid driver’s license with insurable record
Job Responsibilities:
Sell new and used equipment, parts, and service in a professional manner.
Build, grow, and maintain strong customer relationships and monitor those relationships throughout customer interface with all departments of Tractor Central.
Provide superior customer service and offer smart, efficient, solutions that result in exceptional customer satisfaction.
Conducts new equipment field demonstrations
Maintains current knowledge of financing options
