If so, then the newly added Real Estate Processor II position at Altra Federal Credit Union will be a perfect fit for you!
As a Real Estate Processor II, duties include, but are not limited to:
Completing the mortgage processing functions for conventional, secondary market, and portfolio loan programs offered by the Credit Union.
Issue re-disclosures to members as necessary within the required regulations timeframe.
Prepare and maintain follow-up for all required documentation (credit documents, appraisals, title work) to completely process a mortgage loan.
Request required documentation and regularly communicate with members regarding the status of their loan.
Manage paperless documentation and review all for completeness and accuracy to meet all requirements for approval.
Identify potential impediments to loan approval as early as possible in the processing by running compliance checks and balances using internal systems
Work directly with Loan Originators, Underwriters, and Closers to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient process. To qualify for this position, candidates will be required to have the equivalent of a high school diploma or GED/HSED with a minimum three (3) years of financial or general lending experience. Three (3) years of mortgage lending experience would be helpful, but not required.
