Manager/maintenance/handyperson person for newer complex in Viroqua.
25 to 40 hours a week (30 to 35 hours a week average, varies on work load)
$18 to $23 an hour depending on experience. Also help with health insurance and simple IRA retirement savings options.
General repairs, some painting, some yardwork, hall cleaning, apartment showing and setting up showings, Tennant contact and interaction, some snow clean up and yard cleanup and painting.
We will provide snow removal, lawn care and painting via staff from our home office. Minor touch up for above services. Paper work and lease writing will be done at our company home office.
Looking for a person to help create a nice attractive living environment for tenants. Personable and self starter willing to work with owners as a team to create the best complex in the Viroqua area. Living in Viroqua is needed as living close is a plus for all. Possible to live on site also in one of our apartments.
