Location: La Crosse, WI Description: Our client is currently seeking a IT Asset Specialists Contract PositionHours- Monday-Friday 8-5
On-site in La Crosse, WI, full vaccination required, responsible for tracking and retrieving equipment from remote staff who have left/turned over.This job will have the following responsibilities:- Assist Event Technicians as needed with Event computer asset management
- Computer data imaging and uploading
- Inventory management assistance
- Direct liaison for shipping issues
- Assist in all shipping/distribution center issues for escalation purposes
- POC for all supervisors for status updates for remote/IT shipping issues
- Create/ Modify/ and Delete Hardware Inventory Entries
- Receive in all inbound items into either Tech Support's shipment tracking SharePoint page or the SharePoint Tech Support computer supplies order list
- Responsible for all outbound tracking for IT equipment related to remote employees or remote site
