Project Coordinator, Commercial Tech SupportWork Mode: HybridLocation: Hybrid - Kohler, WIOpportunityThe Project Coordinator-Commercial Tech Support is responsible for coordinating and executing resolution for commercial jobsite claims as primary focus.Essential Job FunctionsIn this position, you will be responsible for the interpretation and negotiation of Kohler warranty policies. As a Project Coordinator, you will partner with and drive corrective actions with the Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams. You are required to manage executive and business level communications of project status updates.Specific Responsibilities

Owns and works towards resolution of commercial jobsite claims.

Notifies executive and business leaders of commercial jobsite issues and provides updates as necessary.

Provides a world-class level of customer service while making it easier for them to do business with Kohler.

Identifies trends in product quality and partners cross-functionally to raise awareness and drive corrective action amongst necessary departments.

Interact with Marketing, Engineering, and Quality in providing support and documentation in order to develop product information, corrective actions and technical specifications that will prevent/minimize future claims.

Assists in the development of new or revised processes within the organization.Leads and implements process improvements.

Displays an active commitment to achieving individual, team, and departmental goals.

Acts as mentor and peer leader as required.

Skills/Requirements

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required.

Highly developed technical aptitude required.

Strong written and verbal skills required.

Experience in plumbing or related manufacturing field required.

Familiarity with warranty and labor claims.

Experience in maintaining internal and external relationships is highly desired.

Strong analytical skills required.

Ability to stay composed when under pressure.

Confidence to negotiate in difficult situations.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
