Position: Delivery Coach(Waterfall,Agile,Jira)Location: Kohler, WI - Onsite Seeking a flexible, open-minded change agent who has demonstrable real-world Agile and Waterfall experience. In order to create an environment for transformation, this person must demonstrate the ability to influence the mindset and behaviour of teams and individuals. When working with teams, it is important for this individual to push back against prevailing norms, create a learning environment and lay the groundwork for slow but ongoing organizational and social change. This person should continually hone their facilitation and coaching skills, staying ahead of new developments in Agile and Waterfall. To guide each team’s delivery process journey, they must embody the Agile Manifesto, Scrum Guide, Kanban practices and Waterfall process. This position requires Delivery Process excellence mindset, basing decisions on empiricism and identifying opportunities to continuously improve the way teams deliver projects, products and services. The Delivery Coach will work with individuals and teams within a designated functional or geographical area, as well as their executives, leaders, and managers.
