Provide oversight, for the development and maintenance of quality systems, programs, processes and procedures
Support and develop systems for the identification, analysis, correction, and prevention of quality issues
Maintain system integrity by reviewing procedures for adherence to customer compliance, efficiency and industry best practices
Ensure all procedures are in place to satisfy customer requirements and audits
Creation and documentation of quality assurance activities
Preparation of facility requirements for certification of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO14001
WhO we are looking for
Provides excellent customer service
Manage and facilitate quality documentation system
Works collaboratively and able to train others on concepts and processes
Write and implement changes to controlled documents
Maintains all documentation regarding QMS implementation
Ensures quality records are controlled
Experience with root cause analysis
Product written reports & delivery presentations to provide to applicable stakeholders
Bachelors degree in business, engineering, quality or related field
3-5+ years’ experience in quality management systems, preferably in an ISO 9001 certified environment
Spanish fluency would be great
