Job Title: Purchasing AdministratorJob DescriptionThe Purchasing Administrator will support the procurement team in sourcing, purchasing, and managing inventory. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with suppliers and internal teams. Duties include assisting in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotes for materials, coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods, maintaining accurate records of purchases and pricing, monitoring inventory levels, supporting negotiations with suppliers, and collaborating with the supply chain and logistics teams to optimize processes.Hard Skills
Proficiency in SAP ERP or similar procurement systems
Knowledge of supply chain management principles
Strong negotiation skills
Understanding of materials management and inventory control
Ability to analyze pricing and market trends
