Our Assistant Property Manager at Riverwood Apartments in Kenosha could be a fit for you! We've been in the industry for over 35 years and are growing daily. We have over 30 communities throughout Wisconsin, with many more in the works, which means the opportunities are endless and the fun has only just begun. Here's what you'll do:
Play a key role in accounting and financial matters, e.g., collecting rent, posting payments, processing final account statements and updating monthly financial statements
Manage the leasing process from start to finish, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs to close the sale
Manage delinquencies and work to achieve Accounts Receivable goals
Assist with resident renewal initiatives and plan and assist with organizing resident functions and events
Schedule:
Monday Friday; 8:30am 5:30pm with approximately 1 weekend a month (during peak season and to cover vacations)
