Support E2E with coaching and oversight of progress against key milestones and deliverables in alignment with project schedule i.e., development and implementation of Key Standard Routines, TPM readiness and 5S.
Participate in identification of operational requirements and success criteria development.
Track and report on progress of ramp-up/start-up plans to ensure achievement of business objectives i.e., line performance, safety measures and product qualification.
Plan, prepare and coordinate operational preparation, pre-commissioning/commissioning, qualification, verification, and start-up activities.
Co-lead commissioning, qualification, verification, and start-up execution & reporting.
Consult and track progress against recruiting, staffing, and training.
Ensure operational safety is fully considered and escalate operational risks.
Collaborate with project team and operations to ensure line readiness and safety (Machine Risk Assessments, Site Acceptance Testing, HECP/LOTO, SHE and QA/Food Safety Planning).
Ensure factory associates are trained and competent to standards prior to start-up.
Complete a proactive and effective handover of the project to the operational team including proper documentation.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor"s degree with 3+ years in change management or business analysis with project management experience in a manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environment OR
Associate"s degree with 5+ years of project management, change management, and/or business analysis experience in a manufacturing, industrial and/or military environment
1+ years" experience in early management, operations, and/or a startup environment is highly preferred
PMP or equivalent Project Management Professional certification preferred
