We are a small Family-Type company that works hard to help out client's when they need us the most.
The Lead Restoration Technician will lead a team when a property is damaged by water, mold, or fire.
A team-work spirit, integrity, great work ethic, and the desire to be part of a respectful culture are important attributes of the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Lead other technicians on the job sites
Remove damaged materials such as flooring, drywall, and cabinets
Effectively communicate with a variety of customers
Inspect properties for water damage and develop a drying plan which includes the setup of drying equipment, monitoring
temperature, relative humidity and moisture content in materials
Sketch job sites with attention to details and measurements
Take photographs of the loss and completed job site
Clearly and concisely document services and complete service sheets
Monitor job site progress and ensure all goals are met to close out the job
Ensure customer is satisfied and happy with the work performed
Requirements:
2 years’ experience in Water Remediation, Mold Mitigation, fire damage experience is a plus
IICRC certification is A MUST
MUST BE ABLE TO MANAGE A RESTORATION JOB SITE.
Able to prioritize multiple tasks, have a sense of urgency to complete projects and be detail oriented
Ability to recognize and solve problems independently
Ability to manually sketch job sites with measured dimensions
Able to handle stress in a fast-paced work environment
Able to exercise good judgment in making decisions
Must be flexible and available for 24-hour emergency work (when on call)
Must have a clean driving record.
Compensation:
On-Call Bonus (after hours)
