Handyman for service calls in the vacation rental industry primarily. Rate is based on per job with a minimum service call charge since some calls may just be 15min.
Liability Insurance paid, cell phone paid or credit, & mileage paid.
Must be flexible and be able to be on call. After hours calls rare and increase rate.
