Key Responsibilities:
Install and troubleshoot garage doors with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Communicate effectively and courteously with customers and internal team members via phone, email, and text.
Ensure tasks are completed efficiently according to guidelines, including installation procedures and operational standards.
Review manuals, technical codes, and other documentation to verify installation requirements.
Support other operational needs and complete additional tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Proficiency in using various tools, including hand tools and power tools.
Comfortable working with equipment such as ladders, scaffolding, and lifts when working at heights.
Experience with basic maintenance task and a demonstrated ability to be mechanically minded is preferred.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 75 lbs.
Must be able to perform essential job duties.
Valid driver’s license and ability to be covered under the company’s insurance policy.
