What You’ll Actually Do
Run focused intake interviews, set measurable goals, and craft treatment plans that tackle pain at the root.
Deliver results-driven bodywork (deep tissue is table stakes; MFR, lymphatic, cupping, etc. earn bonus points).
Track progress with rock-solid SOAP notes.
Reschedule and cash out clients; toss a load of laundry when needed—team effort, no spa-diva attitudes.
Open/close the clinic like the responsible adult you are.
Who Thrives Here
Licensed in Wisconsin (or able to be) with 600+ training hours.
Comfortable—maybe even giddy—working deep tissue; other clinical modalities are icing on the cake.
Communicator who can explain a PNF stretch to a construction worker and a grandma.
Dependable, ethical, and hungry to keep learning.
New grads welcome; we’ll show you the ropes if you bring the curiosity and work ethic.
