D&H Royale Construction is looking for an experienced individual who is a dedicated and driven professional to oversee the lead abatement department and customer accounts. Our company provides excellent pay, a compensation package with bonuses, weekly checks, flexible hours, growth opportunities, and leads.

As a Lead Tech, you will be responsible for the following:

Learning and implementing core commitments

Achieving and maintaining state licensing for lead abatement supervisors.

Maximize the lead sale profit while minimizing company cost.

Managing lead appointments, taking measurements, identifying lead hazards, or lead-free and being informative about customers' homes.

Have company files organized within the company software, as well as paper files

Complete assessments on the worksite per customer contracts

Resolving day-to-day on-site complications, as well as inspecting all work during the assessment process to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with the customer’s contract.

Candidates should possess the following qualities:
