Part time average 8-20 hrs. per week. Must be able to work day shift. (8AM-5PM) evenings and night shifts are also available. Position entails making quality assurance calls to our clients who
consist of psychiatric hospitals and drug and alcohol treatment centers in the US.
the successful applicant will be dependable, have good computer skills, clear phone voice, be detail oriented, a firm grasp of the english language and the ability to express your thoughts in writing.
Please note, this is not a full time position. We are looking for the person who would like to supplement their income working from their home. this position works well for home school moms or dads and retired people who want long term part time employment. This is not a sales position.
The position is customer oversight NOT customer service.
