This position is responsible for the overall coordination, execution, and control of equipment and site design/build projects ensuring consistency with the Company’s vision, goals, and commitments by performing the following duties.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead/coordinate/facilitate cross functional teams of sales, engineering, project support, manufacturing, sourcing, contractors, quality, and service to achieve project deliverables in support of the company’s goals and annual operating plan.
Responsible for the on-time and on-budget coordination and completion of multiple equipment and system design/build projects with varying scope and budget ranges.
Drive key decisions and risk mitigation for achieving quality, time, and cost objectives associated with each project.
Lead and participate in daily, weekly, and monthly project review meetings as required.
Actively supports teams with all phases of the project: budget development, planning, scheduling, design, build, and commissioning as required to meet project goals.
Facilitate communication with internal and external customers.
Coordinate efficient scheduling with engineering and manage capacity planning.
Communicate with customers (Internal & External), end-users, subcontractors, consulting engineers, permitting authorities to effectively understand and balance expectations of all parties.
Lead contact for customer from PO to Commissioning.
Manage technical submittal packages with customers for design approval and permit applications.
Assigned projects will be more of the custom/complex nature and require more customer involvement and weekly meetings.
Lead projects to completion though demonstration of leadership in a Matrix organization.
Mentor project managers and team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
Act as a team leader in group projects, delegating tasks and providing feedback.
Adapt quickly to unexpected challenges or obstacles encountered during project execution, devising creative solutions without compromising objectives.
Schedule and facilitate meetings between project stakeholders to discuss deliverables, schedules and conflicts.
Attend off-site project meetings and host on-site review meetings and equipment inspections with customers, as needed.
Travel as required to support customer and company requirements (typically less than 10%)

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree or project management certificate and 8+ years of experience in a technically related field
10+ years of project management experience with strong technically related skills will be considered in lieu of a degree and Project Management certificate.
Demonstrated abilities to manage all phases of multiple projects concurrently.
Experience and familiarity with technical documents are strongly desired.
3+ years’ experience in MS Project or other relevant scheduling software.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of CI principles.
Ability to influence a team environment.
Wide degree of latitude in decision making is expected
Strong meeting facilitation for internal groups of the organization.
Understanding of ERP systems (AX)
Strategic planning
Advanced skills in common computer software applications

Advanced skills in Visual Management Tools (ex: Excel, Access database development, and/or Power BI are preferred)
