Essential duties and Responsibilities
This position is a support role for the Director of Sales, Manager of Sales, and Sales Representatives.
Assists with service needs for the Sales department; including time and/or projects, processing of member and group applications, maintaining agent and agency contracts and license, and maintain sales and marketing inventory.
Prepares sales information for groups, available for presenting / representing MercyCare should the Sales Representative be unavailable.
Responsible for agent interactions that are related to customer service issues.
Maintains detailed membership, group, prospect lists, and reporting
Assist the Director of Sales in contracting related compliance issues
Education and Experience
Customer service experience in the medical services and/or insurance field at least one to two years; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certifications/Licensure
Wisconsin Insurance Sales License within 90 days of hire
