Pay Rate:The pay rate for this job is $18 / HourWhat you'll be doing as a Collections Specialist:
Processing and distribution of invoices to customers via Quickbooks
Reconcile and resolve customer accounts and review any discrepancies
Processing of payments and of receipts to appropriate account/invoice
Preparing and processing of daily deposits
Monitor customer account details for non-payments or delayed payments
Collections of past due customer invoices
Keeps up on daily and weekly filing
Manage and participate on other projects, as requested
Available shifts:Shift timings -1st Shift (Day)Job requirements:
Advanced proficiency in Quickbooks is a MUST
Strong collections experience
Strong phone and customer service skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc is a MUST
Detail orientated and organized
Background check required
Drug Test Required
