Job Description: Manufacturing Engineer

You will evaluate, troubleshoot, and optimize manufacturing processes, work cells, and machinery.

You will use data to drive decisions about cell design and process improvement and document existing processes.

You will also have capital acquisition experience, including identifying process improvements, recommending capital investments, and communicating needs to leadership.

Your role will involve calculating ROI, increasing throughput, and relaying out processes.

Proficiency with 3D CAD, CAM, data analysis programs, and related software is essential.

You will evaluate existing tooling and fixturing, and make recommendations to improve safety, operability, and efficiency.

You will translate technical specifications into CAD-based layouts and full bills of materials, promote design standards, and ensure designs are cost-sensitive.
