Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure a steady supply of materials and components to maintain adequate inventory levels for uninterrupted production.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with production equipment, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
- Oversee the upkeep of production equipment, facilities, and grounds, including sourcing and managing related materials and
services.
- Suggest and implement new equipment or process improvements to enhance production efficiency.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in a STEM-related field.
- Experience in the foundry or metals industry.
- Proficiency with CMMS or ERP systems for managing work orders and inventory.
- CMRP (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional) certification.
