Teksystems is currently looking to hire an entry level IT/Print Technician that is looking to start a long term career in IT. This position is with one of our clients in the Green Bay, WI area. Position requires individual to be on-site each day.
Job Description
Provides technical assistance to batch print services, computer systems and users. Answers questions or resolves printer issues. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail and operating systems.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for batch print services, organization and distribution.
Follow processes, develop and update procedures; provide fast, consistent and reliable customer service
Operates in a support role to other team members, performing both administrative and directed tasks
Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors
Stays abreast of the capabilities of related store level systems
Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Supports the Batch Printing Process
First line of support for all users regarding computer software or hardware related problems
Escalates hardware or software problems or defective products to vendors or technicians for service
Supports consists of receiving, logging and troubleshooting all system issues through resolution
Supports IT goals, objectives and Service Level Agreement are met on a consistent basis
