Power To The Polls, (P2p) - Field Canvass Job Position

P2p Wisconsin Field Canvassers are responsible for voter outreach in assigned neighborhoods at targeted households in Green Bay and other strategic areas in the state. They report to their assigned Canvass Leads (CL).
This role is temporary, from Tuesday, March 12 through Tuesday, April 2. Field Canvassers may be asked to work irregular hours, especially on Tuesday, April 2 (Election Day). Opportunity for high producers to extend employment.

30 hours per week

End Date: Tuesday, April 2
Shifts:
Tuesday-Fridays 10:30am-5:30pm
Saturdays 9:00am-3:00pm
Sundays OFF
Mondays OFF (except Monday, April 1)
Primary Responsibilities and Expectations
Meet standards and goals set by State Field Director and Regional Field Directors
Walk 6-8 hours daily
Meet or exceed daily goals of a minimum of 75 doors and 15 contacts.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Conduct voter outreach by learning and delivering structured conversations.
Effectively use computer programs such as Thrutalk, Purpletext, VAN, Slack, Zoom, Google Meet, and others as needed.
Report to work on time and ready to work
Participate fully in daily team meetings
Ensure data is reported accurately and with integrity
Communicate effectively with Canvass Leads and teammates
Treat co-workers and the general public with respect and maintain a positive attitude.
Other duties as assigned.
