Robert E. Lee & Associates, Inc. is seeking a full-time, motivated Hydrogeologist or Geologist to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse environmental projects and to play an essential role in a well-established company. Primary Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will work closely with project managers and clients to support the assessment, investigation, and remediation of environmental sites. This role involves field and office tasks to help ensure compliance with regulatory standards and deliver high-quality solutions. On any given day, you’ll:

- Conduct soil, groundwater, and vapor sampling, including collection and analysis, following environmental guidelines and best practices.

- Prepare reports, including data analysis and evaluation, and contribute to the preparation of project specifications and alternative analyses.

- Construct and interpret potentiometric surface maps, cross-sections, and iso-contour maps.

- Assist in preparing and reviewing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) in compliance with ASTM standards.

Skills and Requirements:

- B.S. Degree in Geology or a related field.

- 0-5 years of experience in environmental consulting.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Working knowledge of hydrogeologic and geologic principles and data interpretation.

- Familiarity with Wisconsin Administrative Code Chapter NR700 for site investigation and remediation of environmental contaminants.

- Willingness to perform field work, including traveling as required; must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in varying outdoor conditions.

- Valid driver’s license and OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification (or ability to obtain within three months of hire).
