This is a part time live in position with some remodel and upgrade work available as well. To apply one must have experience with real estate repairs, maintenance and tenant management. Manager's apartment is a three bed rooms with 1 and 1/2 bath, washer and dryer hook ups, managers parking garage included. Manager must pay own utilities. Must have references.
