We are looking for On-site Property Managers, to help manage and maintain the day-to-day operations of the complex and people interested in just hourly wage work cleaning apartments or doing exterior work.
Interested candidates should have the following skills.
Be self-motivated
Good People/Communications skills = Strong focus on customer service
Basic maintenance skills. (i.e. fix or replace a toilet, clean and repair vacant apartments, operate a lawn mower/snow blower)
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Operation of small engine equipment
Like to work outside
Have an upbeat, positive attitude.
Be willing to work in a team environment.
