Position Title: Production
Wage: $15.00 - $15.50/hour
Shift: 1st or 2nd
Hours: 6:00am - 3:00pm (Monday - Thursday), 6:00am - 11:00am (Friday) or 3:00pm - 1:00am (Monday - Thursday)

Production Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders or reports to determine materials requirements or assembly instructions
- Assemble harnesses utilizing push, click and pull methodology
- Perform quality checks (A620 standards) on wire/harness lengths using tape measure, terminations, connectors, wires and markings
- Inspect or test wiring assemblies or circuits for resistance factors or for operation and record results
- Confer with Team Leader or Engineering Technicians to plan or review work activities or to resolve production problems
- Adjust, repair, or replace parts to correct defects and ensure conformance to specifications
