Locations: the Company operates three production plants and one fabrication shop in Green Bay. Warehouse openings will vary based on current staffing needs at one of these work-site locations:
- 606 S. Fisk Street (West side)
- 3050 Walker Drive (East side)
- 1326 Cornell Road (Howard industrial park)
Public transportation. The plants on Fisk Street and Walker Drive are on the bus line
Shifts, Starting Pay: current warehouse openings will vary based on staffing needs and may include:
- 1st shift: $19.70 per hour plus bonuses, benefits
- 2nd shift: $20.45 per hour plus bonuses, benefits
- 3rd shift: $21.20 per hour plus bonuses, benefits

Job Duties
Supplies multiple production lines with needed materials
Hauls recyclables
Assists Shipping & Receiving with loading / unloading trucks as needed
Moves pallets of products and materials using various forklifts and pallet jacks
Puts supplies away
Complies with all food production and food handling requirements
Completes paperwork accurately
Cleans shipping and storage areas
Communicates effectively with other shifts and departments
Product loading: will load the correct products in the right quantities onto trucks as indicated by the bill of lading.
Product unloading: will unload trucks from suppliers (ingredients, boxes, etc.)
Stock rotation: must make ensure that older product is always stored, loaded, and shipped first.
Ensure all drivers follow all dock procedures and policies.
Put date tags on each pallet of ingredients received.
Maintain a clean and orderly Cooler/freezer/ dock area at all times.
Keep up with finished product: (wrapping, storing & shipping)
Essential Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in a warehouse position desired
Prior forklift certification required (we will re-certify)
Safe forklift operating record
Experience with clamp truck, pallet jack, and scissor lift a plus
Strong reading, writing, and basic math skills
Ability to keep up in a fast-paced, busy shipping department
Must be drug-free and able to pass pre-employment and random drug tests administered at any time
Excellent attendance
Ability to tolerate hot and cold temperatures
Other physical requirements include:
o Walking, standing, and sitting up to 8 hours per day
o Repetitive hand and wrist motion
o Frequent bending and twisting
o Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds
o Occasional lifting of up to 80 pounds
o Some overhead reaching, lifting, stacking
o Ability to stand up while using standing forklift
o Ability to work at heights

Efficiency: Employees must meet or exceed production goals for yields, waste, and time usage.
Quality: Employees must comply with Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices.
Dress Code: Hairnets, beard nets, gloves and uniform shirts are worn. No watches, no jewelry, no piercings, no false fingernails or nail polish are permitted in food production areas. No skirts, no shorts, no pants with holes are permitted.
Safety: Employees must comply with company Safe Practices. Slip-resistant footwear is required. the company provides a voucher for the purchase of safety shoes.
