ServiceMaster Bay Area has an opening for an Office Cleaning Substitute.

This job involves filling in for absent employees at various locations as needed in Green Bay.

This person will also be involved in training of new employees when experienced enough to do so.

MOST WORK IS PRE-PLANNED. YOU WILL BE GIVEN A SCHEDULE EACH THURSDAY FOR THE UPCOMING WEEK.

WE WILL WORK WITH YOU TO ARRANGE A SCHEDULE THAT WORKS FOR YOU.

The job does involve some work that requires working on short notice/filling in for people who call in sick.

WE HAVE STEADY WORK, YOU WILL GET HOURS EVERY WEEK.

On average there will be 2 to 4 nights of work per week, each night/shift 2 to 4 hours.

Hours are early evenings weeknights and weekends. The weekend work is flexible, when assigned a weekend job you can generally

do it whenever you like on Saturday or Sunday.

THIS IS A PERMANENT POSITION. We are looking for someone who wants to stay with this job long term.

Requirements:

- Ability to perform cleaning related tasks to a very high standard with minimal supervision

- Fast learner with good communication skills

- Reliable (we are looking for someone with a good work history)

- Available weeknights and weekends and be able to work a schedule that changes week to week.

- Prior experience in cleaning and/or training people would be a plus but is not a necessity.

(A good work ethic is more vital than experience. We are willing to train a good candidate.)

- Must be over 18

- Must have reliable transportation

- Must pass criminal background check.
