ACC Management Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Technician to oversee three properties in Sister Bay, WI. All three properties are all approximately 1 mile from each other. The ideal candidate will have experience in apartment maintenance and have exceptional customer service skills. This Maintenance Technician will serve in an on-call rotation every 3rd week with travel required to Sturgeon Bay for emergencies while on-call.
