Bigelow Rentals is seeking a plumber to provide general plumbing and repair to our apartment communities located in Green Bay and the surrounding area.
Job Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have experience handling repairs that involve the following skills:
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions including snow removal
- Plumbing
- Ability to communicate with the office & tenants
- Ability to work independently & efficiently
- Valid driver's license
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
We are looking for the ideal candidate to handle work orders and other special projects within our properties. They interact regularly with our tenants, management staff and outside vendors. They play a key role in keeping our apartments and common areas fully operational.
