We are looking for an assistant kitchen manager for our location in Sturgeon Bay.
40 000 per year salary plus tips - year-round position.
On track wage with tips 60 000 - 70 000 per year.

Responsibilites:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
- Ensure consistent, high-quality customer service and resolve guest complaints
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations
- Manage the inventory to minimize the food waste
- Oversee opening and closing procedures
- Train and supervise staff (servers and cooks)
- Motivate and coach employees to deliver great service
- Handle performance reviews, discipline, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with health department, liquor laws, and employment laws
- Maintain proper food safety (HACCP, ServSafe)
- Set the tone for hospitality and professionalism
- Lead by example during peak service hours
- Create a positive, team-oriented work culture
