Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a part-time Payroll Clerk to join our team in the manufacturing industry located in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The role entails processing payroll, maintaining accurate records, and resolving payroll-related inquiries. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient payroll operations within the company.Responsibilities: Verify and validate both electronic and paper timecards for accuracy, performing necessary checks and balances. Import timecard information into the payroll system for processing and process weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payrolls. Prepare and distribute various payroll reports to appropriate parties. Prepare pay statements for distribution to employees. Audit employee set-up and changes in the payroll system, ensuring accuracy. Oversee month payroll tax account reconciliations. Handle the preparation of monthly commissions and the issuance of commission checks. Review and approve quarter-end and year-end balancing reports and W2’s. Perform additional payroll related duties as requested or required.Requirements Proficiency in Full Cycle Payroll processing is required. Familiarity with Multistate Payroll operations is expected. Demonstrable knowledge of Payroll processes and systems is needed. Proficiency in handling Payroll - Garnishments is a must. Capability to manage Payroll - Over 500 Employees efficiently is necessary.
