Supervisor Retail Ready and Value Added processes
Maintain Product Quality and positive yields
Complete daily attendance report no later than: A-shift 7:30 am, B-Shift 4:30 pm
Complete daily Kronos and transfers
Maintain JBS 5s expectations in production area and office
Practice JBS Values daily
Verify shift cleanup has been performed and meets sanitary expectations
Post accurate yield board daily
Complete Corporate Recap report and e-mail the report out to the Team daily
Complete Supply Expense report daily
Update KPI action plans weekly
Manage TM labor including on time job expectations
Manage supply costs
Verify all processes daily
Perform & record minimum ten 1 on 1 weekly
Perform & record daily PPE checks 3X per day
Perform & record daily safety observation.
Verify records are set up in the morning with accurate information
Verify knives, scabbards and knife box is maintain in a sanitary manner
Review and approve or deny Team Members (TM) time off request slip within 24 hours
Schedule TM vacations within 48 hours of deadline
Review daily records and verify accurate information was recorded
Verify accurate data entry
Verify production area is set up 15 minutes prior to startup of shift
Communicate TM behavior and/or concerns with senior management and follow up with resolution
Communicate daily operations and expectations to all Team Members
File daily records and archive as needed
Perform Operational Manager job duties during absence
Support the business unit needs during staffing absence
Qualifications:
Ability to communicate in English
1-2 years proven beef processing supervisor experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
Ability to work 50+ hours
People management skills
