Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Accounts Specialist in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This role is within the industry and will require managing customer service related tasks. Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage customer profiles, including, contact information, and documentation.
Provide support and resolve inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, online chat, or in-person interactions, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Handle purchase order processes, including reviewing new contracts, preparing and confirming orders, expediting requests, and processing order changes.
Utilize Electronic Data Interchange systems and customer portals to enter orders and confirm shipping schedules promptly.
Prepare and distribute invoices and customer account statements in a timely manner.
Manage incoming payments and oversee collections processes to ensure accurate reconciliation.
Leverage in-depth knowledge of products, services, or other specialized areas to address customer concerns, resolve issues, or escalate inquiries to the appropriate team member.
Document all customer interactions
Requirements
Strong communication skills, including active listening, with the ability to convey information effectively.
Customer-focused mindset with a proven ability to empathize with and address grievances efficiently and professionally.
Competency in computer systems and software applications with adaptability to learn new platforms quickly.
Ability to develop expertise in specific products, services, or designated areas of the organization to deliver higher-value interactions.
