Based in the Grafton, Wisconsin region, this Bookkeeper role would be a short-term contract / temporary to hire position.Key responsibilities
Balance accounts by reconciling entries
Sustain collections of historical records by organizing documents
Craft Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits
Oversee accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
Arrange financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
Preside over and review general ledger
Supervise bookkeeping policies and procedures, along with developing a framework to track financial transactions with an established chart of accounts Requirements - BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
2+ years of previous experience as a Bookkeeper
QuickBooks experience desired
Demonstrated knowledge of benefits administration
Command of Accounts Payable (AP)
Adeptness in Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR)
Basic Bookkeeping experience preferred
General familiarity with Human Resources (HR) Administration
Account reconciliation experience highly desired
Earlier experience working with various types of accounting software desired
