The Sales and Marketing Programs team of the JC Residential & Light Commercial (R&LC) HVAC business is responsible for customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs. This position will be responsible for the design and execution of dealer sales and marketing programs for our Hitachi/ductless HVAC product portfolio across our distribution channels in the United States and Canada to support sales growth.Job ResponsibilitiesWork across all R&LC channels, collaborating with sales teams to support growth strategies by identifying initiatives needed for dealer programs and promotionsCreate a strategic approach to the programs that allows us to be competitive in the marketplaceDevelop materials to promote program benefits and resourcesCollaborate with third-party partners and stakeholders within the business to deliver best-in-class customer experience when it comes to program participationSupport in-person and virtual customer events including distributor and dealer meetings and/or trainingManage and resolve inquiries and escalations from both external customers and internal sales teamsGrow synergies between our ducted and ductless dealer programs
