Job Title: Lab TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality control, GMP, and laboratory procedures. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values scientific research and precision.Responsibilities:

Perform various laboratory tests and procedures following standard operating protocols

Conduct quality control assessments to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results

Maintain laboratory equipment and troubleshoot issues as needed

Record and manage data accurately in laboratory information management systems

Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) guidelines

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or associate's degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Chemistry, or related industry

Familiarity with laboratory procedures and protocols

Knowledge of quality control processes and adherence to regulatory standards

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Excellent communication and organizational abilities
