Description We are offering a unique opportunity for a Document Support Specialist in Germantown, Wisconsin. This role is integral to our team, focusing on documentation project support within our quality control department. The position involves maintaining and updating documentation formats, managing projects, and revamping our document control process. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Providing support for documentation projects Collaborating with the quality control department for project execution Overseeing the control and updating of documentation formats Managing and running projects efficiently Rewriting and building Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) Demonstrating technical proficiency in managing projects and building formats Liaising with subject matter experts to fill in missing information in documentation Revamping the current document control process with a new and improved flow Taking full control of the document control process Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, and software like Concur and About Time for effective project management and documentation.Requirements Minimum of 5 years experience in an administrative role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience with Concur for expense management Familiarity with About Time for time tracking and management Strong skills in managing calendars and scheduling appointments Ability to handle correspondence professionally and confidentially Experience in creating, maintaining, and managing documentation Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ability to adhere to department SOPs Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Proven problem-solving skills Demonstrated initiative and ability to take on new tasks and challenges.
