Job Title: Plant ControllerJob SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Controller to oversee all financial aspects of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounting department, financial planning, and budget management.Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all accounting operations including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll
Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements
Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures
Perform financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to the upper management team
Oversee month-end and year-end close processes

Utilize quickbooks or similar accounting software effectively
Maintain accurate and complete financial records using double-entry bookkeeping principles
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
Proven work experience as a Controller or similar role
Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of financial management principles
Proficiency in regulatory reporting and compliance
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
Advanced knowledge of accounting software such as quickbooks
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
