Job Title: Machine OperatorIf you're interested in hearing more about this opportunity, apply today!Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to assist with the Flexo machines. These machines fold, stack, and package the finished product. The role involves feeding raw stock into the machines and may vary from day to day, with tasks that can be repetitive. This position requires consistent lifting of 10-30 lbs.Responsibilities

Assist with operating Flexo machines.

Feed raw stock into the machines.

Inspect and package finished products.

Set up machines and ensure quality control.

Load machines and perform general labor tasks.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Essential Skills

Experience with machine operating and production.

Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience.

Longevity in previous jobs.

Ability to lift 10-30 lbs. consistently.

Ability to stand on feet for 8-10 hours/day.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

1 year or more of manufacturing experience.

Experience with inspection, packaging, and quality control.

The work environment is clean and organized, with all equipment being within 10 years old. The plant is smaller, with around 50 employees on the shop floor. The working hours are as follows: 1st shift from 6am-2pm and 2nd shift from 2pm-10pm, including a shift premium for the 2nd shift.
