See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality:Position Overview:As part of the talented Sales team, you will be accountable for the smooth functioning of day to day operations that support US Sales Retailer Channel. This position collaborates closely with the inside and field sales teams across multiple sales stakeholders, as well as other functional departments such as IT to support the technical business requirements associated with Retailers.At Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.Essential Functions:
Retailer Order Management: entering orders, correcting orders that are stranded via EDI, enter orders for Tackleware House and CWI, Setup new ship to locations, work on weekly adjustment list for Amazon in both Oracle and their portal, execute order updates in Walmart’s portal.
Answer calls from the Customers, Retailer, Government and Angling
Research and process Trade Management claims
Act as back up for other customer management roles in the US Sales Dept
New account testing in AppTest (Retailer and Distributor) for EDI transactions
Oversee returns for Motorguide
Assist in processing Co-op claims

Bachelor’s degree in business or closely related field (Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing or Business Technology)
3-5 years of work experience in customer support or related business analytics role
Able to work independently and manage time efficiently
Self-starter with results oriented and metrics-driven performance
Proficient in Oracle, MS Office, Salesforce or other related sales support tools
Strong Oral and Written Communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Passion for the Marine Industry
An understanding of the customer-facing position, to delight our customers
