Lead Technical Assembler

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform production related activities per work instructions.Assemble surgical stretchers, surgical chairs, beds for Senior Living facilities and homecare beds.Read and interpret diagrams and specifications to determine assembly instructions.Work with basic hand tools and portable power tools.Ensure that production processes are carried out in accordance with established safety and quality standards.Lead ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the day-to-day operations of the Assembly Department.Assign, monitor and review progress and accuracy of work.Train new employees.Ensure team members are supplied with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.Maintain regular communication with department supervisors and interrelated departments.
